Zoe's nigh night story

My Mom keeps telling me I should write this down so I am finally. Maybe I'll publish it and become a billionaire like Stephenie Meyer. Or not. LOL I am basically doing a progressive story with Zoe at night. I remember when my Mom would read to me that she would read books but also tell me stories and for some reason I remember her telling me stories about baby zoo animals and rubbing my back the day before school always started. I'm not gonna lie even the night before I moved away to college. It was always so comforting. And I get bored reading the same books over and over again to Zoe and I like to be creative so that's the back story. I just start talking and come up with Zoe's story pieces. It always has a prologue reminiscence, an adventure and ends when I notice she is sleeping or basically asleep with the memory ending. I started it probably a few weeks ago maybe? And just do it off the top of my head so hopefully I can remember all of it as vividly here as during story time!

Prologue
Once upon a time there was a little baby princess named Zoe. Zoe lived in castle in the woods with her daddy King Ian and her mommy Queen Mindy. Princess Zoe has a horse named Sparkles. Sparkles is white and can change colors and has a big pink sparkly tail.

Adventure Chapter 1: The Farm
Zoe woke up and said Sparkles I want to go to a farm! So she rode Sparkles down the stairs, out the castle, across the drawbridge, through the forest, over the moat, through some fields until she finally saw the farmers red barn and white farmhouse. "There is the farm!" exclaimed Princess Zoe. So she hopped off Sparkles and went to see the farm animals. First she pet the big fat pink pig and he squealed in delight. I will call you Wilbur said Zoe. Then she went over and gave some kisses to the fluffy sheep. Hello sheep! said Zoe. Then she went over to three other horses that were big draft horses. One was brown with a brown mane, one was white with black spots like a puppy and one was big and black with a big long black mane. The horses also let Zoe give them some hay and Zoe was excited. Then Zoe went over to all the goats. She climbed into the goat pen and ran around with all the goats and they made noises and tried to eat her coat. Zoe laughed. Goats are so silly.
After a while, the sun started going down and Zoe was getting very sleepy. So she climbed on top of Sparkles back and put her head down as Sparkles carried a very sleepy Princess Zoe back to the castle. Through the fields, over the moat, through the forest, across the drawbridge, into the castle and up the stairs to their room. Zoe climbed into her big pink princess bed and Sparkles went over to his big horse bed in the room and snuggled up with his blanket. As Princess Zoe was falling asleep she thought about her adventure with Sparkles. How silly the goats were, how soft the sheep were, how muddy the pigs were, how tall and hungry the horses were. And she soon... fell.... asleep. The end.



Adventure Chapter 2: The Zoo
Zoe woke up and said Sparkles I want to go to the ZOO! So she rode Sparkles down the stairs, out the castle, across the drawbridge, through the forest, over the moat, through some fields until she finally saw  Zoe's Zoo on the castle grounds. She could hear all the animals. An elephant trumpeting loudly. A zebra naying. And a lion roaring! She rode Sparkles into the Zoo. When she got there she saw all the giraffes, monkeys, tigers, lions, zebras and toucans. Zoe got to climb on top the back of an elephant! And feed the baby giraffe and have it eat right out of her hands. And she made faces at the monkeys and it jumped on her shoulder. And then she saw some big pretty toucans and birds. After a while, the sun started going down and Zoe was getting very sleepy. So she climbed on top of Sparkles back and put her head down as Sparkles carried a very sleepy Princess Zoe back to the castle. Through the fields, over the moat, through the forest, across the drawbridge, into the castle and up the stairs to their room. Zoe climbed into her big pink princess bed and Sparkles went over to his big horse bed in the room and snuggled up with his blanket. As Princess Zoe was falling asleep she thought about all her adventures with Sparkles. When they went to the farm how silly the goats were, how soft the sheep were, how muddy the pigs were, how tall and hungry the horses were. And today when they went to the zoo how exciting it was to climb on top the back of an elephant! And feed the baby giraffe and have it eat right out of her hands. Adventure Chapter 3: The Circus
Zoe woke up and told Sparkles - I want to go to this thing called the circus. I read about it. I will have to ask Daddy if he knows where I can find one. So she went and told King Ian and he said Princess Zoe, there are no circuses that come to the castle grounds but I can call some friends and have them build one for you. So King Ian called his friend the Ringmaster and they came and built Zoe a big top circus. There was a huge red tent with blue stripes. Zoe rode Sparkles inside and sat down and Sparkles laid in his special horse seat area and the Ringmaster came out in a funny red hat and a little red suit and said "welcome to Zoe's First Circus". Zoe clapped. Then the ringmaster introduced some clowns. They came out in a little tiny car and they all ran around like silly clowns do with their faces painted white and bright red noses and brightly colored outfits and they did somersaults and funny stunts. Then came out a bunch of elephants just like from the zoo and they were all holding each others tails with their trunks! And one elephant even stood on his hind legs! Then some trapeze artists all the sudden starting flying through the sky all while a tightrope artist in a pink sparkly costume walked over the top of them! And then on the ground again a man came out and put his head a lions mouth! It was so scary. Zoe thought I am never putting my head in a lion's mouth! Then Zoe got very sleepy and the show was ending. So she climbed on top of Sparkles back and put her head down as Sparkles carried a very sleepy Princess Zoe back to the castle. Through the fields, over the moat, through the forest, across the drawbridge, into the castle and up the stairs to their room. Zoe climbed into her big pink princess bed and Sparkles went over to his big horse bed in the room and snuggled up with his blanket. As Princess Zoe was falling asleep she thought about all her adventures with Sparkles. When they went to the farm how silly the goats were, how soft the sheep were, how muddy the pigs were, how tall and hungry the horses were. Adventure Chapter 4: The Playground
Zoe woke up and said Sparkles its so nice out today! Let's go to the playground!! So she rode Sparkles down the stairs, out the castle, across the drawbridge, through the forest, over the moat, through some fields until she got to the big playground. The playground had swings, slides, monkey bars, a carousel, a see saw and it was all for her to play on! So she hopped off Sparkles and went and swung on the swings with her hair flying through the wind, kicking her legs up in the air as high as she could go. And then she ran over to the slide. It looked so high and so scary but she climbed up the slide to the very top and she thought this is so scary I want down! And all the sudden her Mommy showed up! And her Mommy said its okay Princess Zoe I'll catch you don't be scared so Princess Zoe slid down the slide right into her Mommy's arms. And then she said Mommy watch me play on the monkey bars! So she climbed over the top of the monkey bars/jungle gym and sat up top and said look how high I am up! And then she climbed back down and went under the monkey bars/jungle gym and hung upside down like a monkey at the zoo in a tree. Then she ran over and got on the carousel and rode a white horse that looked just like Sparkles! And then before she could get to the see saw she got very sleepy and it was time to go home. So Princess Zoe and her Mommy, Queen Mindy, hopped on Sparkles and rode Sparkles back to the castle where her Mommy jumped off and went to her room and Princess Zoe rode Sparkles up the stairs to their room. Zoe climbed into her big pink princess bed and Sparkles went over to his big horse bed in the room and snuggled up with his blanket. As Princess Zoe was falling asleep she thought about all her adventures with Sparkles. When they went to the farm how silly the goats were, how soft the sheep were, how muddy the pigs were, how tall and hungry the horses were. And when they went to the zoo how exciting it was to climb on top the back of an elephant! And feed the baby giraffe and have it eat right out of her hands.
